Sally took off on a short bike ride this morning while I started
breakfast and got a fire going. Then we unhooked Cramalot and drove
the 15 miles or so to Mt Rushmore and did the tourist thing there. We
finally said goodbye to our wonderful campsite at about 10 am and
headed to the Badlands. We wandered around the wonderful scenery for
an hour or so and then got back onto interstate 90 to start making
tracks again. Arrived at our state campground around 9 pm. Very nice
well maintained facility about 5 miles south of I90 on a lake. This
place has lots of rabbits and white pelicans. Weather very comfortable
and it is probably in the high 50's as I type this at 10 p.m CDT.
