Picked up Peg and drove to Florahome. Then Sally and I started riding
(in the correct direction this time). We cycled to a small town called
Hawthorn which is about 16 miles from Gainesville, FL supported by our
trusty sag wagon driver, Peg. Then we parked Jimmy under a shady tree
and all three of us rode the 16 mile Gainesville Hawthorn bike trail.
I went back to retrieve the rig and Peg visited friends while Sally &
I proceeded on to High Springs. Weather cooperated again with cloudy
skies which kept the temp down to the high 70's. We did get wet near
the end of the ride from a front that went through but there was a
full moon in camp later in the evening. So, cool but humid sleeping.
